The series consists of 4 seminars focussing on Career Success Skills, The Australian Professional Workplace and Professional Business Communication.

"I am delighted to say that Performance Careers developed and conducted the Performance Career Skills Program for our students. This is one of the best programs that I have ever had the pleasure of being involved with. The measure of success for me is the feedback from the students who attended this program in 2013 and 2014. The feedback from our students is always overwhelmingly positive, the way in which the program was designed and conducted made it both enjoyable and a lifelong learning experience for students.

The trainers were extremely well prepared and the material provided to students was highly professional. The operational support provided by their team made it easy for us to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Very professional, very helpful and the program is always enjoyed by all – students and staff."

Performance Careers is really making a difference to the career success of their students and has a dedicated team of Consultants who really care about the students and bring out the best in them. Performance Careers are knowledgeable, flexible and are also leading the way in this space.”

- Kristina Glennon, Careers Devlopment Manager, CSU Study Centre Sydney

"I wanted to do an industry placement to increase the chances of getting a job and to further my career in the accounting industry. The most challenging part of the placement was to understand a problem and use your creativity, understanding and knowledge to find solutions to problems you've never had the experience to deal with. In universities, you always have examples of problems in the book and similar scenarios are asked - the placement made me aware of the practicality of the job and has given me confidence.

A placement allows you to make mistakes and learn from it. I learnt a lot just by observing and I got to experience using software such as Simpro and Quikbooks. I got to advance my excel skills with constant use of Pivot Tables and Vlookup and increased my Communication and Organisation skills. The financial controller who I closely worked with was impressed and recommended me to the Managing Director – as a direct result of the placement I was offered a job starting in Jan 2017."
